Fiano is a variety originating from the coastal regions of Campania and Sicily in southern Italy and it thrives in warm, dry climates, making it perfectly suited to our climate and soils on the Western Ridge. 

 

The 2025 vintage is at its finest, medium bodied, and dry in style. This wine opens with lifted aromas of green apple and preserved lemon. The palate is expressive and textural, showing ripe white peaches and a vibrant line of acidity keeps it fresh and focused, with hints of grapefruit on the finish.  A refreshing wine that invites that 'second glass' appeal.
