La Dolce Vita at Pindarie

Join us for an indulgent winter evening inspired by the warmth of an Italian trattoria and the heart of Nonna’s kitchen.
Our resident cooks, Karen Testagrossa and Tika Radocaj, bring passion and European heritage to the table with a beautifully curated four course Italian dinner. Expect generous flavours, comforting classics, and dishes made to be shared, just as they should be in true Italian style.
Each course will be paired with Pindarie’s Italian and Mediterranean styled wines, creating a relaxed, shared dining experience that celebrates authentic food, great wine, and even better company.
Expect a little taste of Italy here in the Barossa....long tables and plenty of laughter, all part of "la dolce vita".

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon at Pindarie, where Spring is in full bloom on the Western Ridge of the Barossa.
Try some of our rare museum and back-vintage wines from the cellar as you settle in for an indulgent, all-inclusive long lunch crafted by Chef Derek Salmon from The Cellar Kitchen. Savour a generous farm-style feast featuring freshly shucked oysters and other seasonal delights, all while enjoying the soulful acoustic sounds of Annie Wheare.

Vino & Views - Spring Edition

Soak up the stunning scenery of Pindarie’s Western Ridge as the sun sets over the Barossa. Sip on our estate-grown wines, settle in with great company, then hit the dance floor as our friends Isabella & Sundy bring the good vibes from Adelaide Musicians Live! Good wine, golden hour, live music and views worth raising a glass to. What more could you want???
