A vibrant, Mediterranean-style wine where three classic varieties come together in perfect harmony. Tempranillo brings its alluring perfume and spice, Sangiovese adds savoury zest and bright acidity, while Shiraz contributes gentle power and depth.

Medium bodied and beautifully perfumed, the palate is layered, expressive, and endlessly rewarding. Crafted for immediate enjoyment rather than long cellaring, best enjoyed within five years. The 2023 vintage stands out as one of our most awarded yet, a consistently delicious all-rounder that never disappoints.

Tasting Notes

Careful blending is at the core of this wine. We harvest, vinify and mature each component separately using only aged French oak barrels to ensure harmony of tannin structure without too much oak presence. Medium-bodied, perfumed on the nose and rewarding on the palate. The Tempranillo produced juicy Morello cherry fruit and the Sangiovese produced a wine of intense perfume with notable tannins, but Tempranillo is to the fore. Great drinking all year round, especially with a platter of Spanish or Italian cured meats, good green olives, Manchego cheese and crusty bread. This wine is also perfect for a relaxed Friday night pizza.
