Shiraz is a genuine chameleon, and when the right block is picked at the right time, it can also make terrific fresh sparkling or still Rosé. We carefully allowed a small period of contact between juice and skins after harvest, to ensure a pretty shade of pink – and more importantly, some lovely floral aromas and flavours. Teamed with the fizz that just spells ‘fun’, the fruit intensity ensures that our fine, delicate sparkler is a delight, made by the true Charmat method. Great with spicy Asian dishes but also as an aperitif for pre‑dinner drinks. It’s fun and lively just on its own. Light sparkling Rosé, with a hint of sweetness, a wine for all things fun!
