Before bottling the Black Hinge Tempranillo was matured for 14 months in fine French oak barrels. Our cellared Tempranillo has fine chalky tannin, is well rounded with elegant depth and flavour. Ideal for pairing with rich gamey meats such as venison and duck cassoulet.
